Our office is over in Maduranagar near the Yusfguda area in Hyderabad. We deal with all the paperwork for vehicle finance and it keeps us pretty busy from Monday morning until Saturday evening. There are always files and documents piled up on the desks and people coming in to ask about their monthly payments or new applications. The space at C-2 isn't very large but we make it work for the whole team without too much trouble. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to people about their trucks or cars and explaining the details. Sometimes the computer systems are a bit slow and we have to ask people to wait for a bit while we get the information they need. It’s a lot of calculating numbers and checking through documents to make sure everything is in order. We aren't a big flashy bank with a lobby, just a local branch where we try to get the jobs done efficiently. Most of us have been working in this part of Hyderabad for years now so we know the local area and the people well. It gets quite noisy outside with all the traffic on the main road but inside we just focus on the folders in front of us. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or anything like that, just a simple water cooler and our wooden desks. We just try to help people get through the process of paying for their vehicles.
