Our place is tucked away at Smq 388/2, right by the Air Force Academy in Dundigal. It’s a bit of a trek for some, being out towards the edge of Hyderabad, but it’s quieter out here than in the main city. We spend our days mostly on the phones or at computers, handling whatever comes our way. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a standard workplace where people get their tasks done. You can hear the planes from the academy sometimes when the wind is right. We’ve got a mix of folks working here, some young and some who’ve been around since the start. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, making sure the support side of things doesn't fall behind. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, so lunch is usually brought from home or picked up from a local stall nearby. The weather in Dundigal can get really dry, and the commute back into the city in the evening is always a bit of a challenge. We just focus on the lists and the data in front of us. It’s practical work. No one is wearing suits here unless they really have to. We just try to get through the queue of work so we can head home on time to see our families. It is a long day but we get it done.
