Tara Aerospace Limited

Most people don’t expect to find something like Tara Aerospace Limited out in Adri Batla Village. It’s a bit of a drive out to Emrahim Patnam Mandal in the Ranga Reddy District, but we like it out here. Dr.No-255 is where we set up shop. The air is a bit clearer than in the city, even if the commute for some of the staff is a bit long on the dusty roads. We do some pretty technical things, but the atmosphere inside is very casual. We aren't wearing lab coats every second of the day. There’s a lot of sitting around and discussing how to fix a specific problem or waiting for a shipment to arrive at the gate. The village vibe stays with us. Sometimes a stray dog wanders into the compound and we have to lead it back out. It’s not the sterile, high-tech environment people see in movies about aerospace. It’s a lot of hard work, manual checking, and double-checking everything on the benches. We have our small kitchen area where the tea is always brewing, and that’s where most of the actual decisions get made. Ranga Reddy is a big district, and being tucked away in Adri Batla gives us the space we need without the distractions of the city center. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work in our own way.
