Taj Krishna

You can find us at Ho.No.6-1-585/B/27 in Maruthi Nagar. We are over in the Kharthabad area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential sort of feel around here, not like the big commercial blocks you see in other parts of the city. The house number is a bit long, so people sometimes get a little confused when they are trying to find the gate. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for when the school bus comes by. Working for Taj Krishna from this location means we deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff. It’s not the big hotel building itself, just our local office base. We have a small courtyard out front where a few plants are growing, though they could use more water. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of cords for the computers. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the afternoon slump. The walls are a pale color and we have a clock that is always five minutes fast. We don't mind. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We handle the bookings and the phone calls without much fuss. Hyderabad is a busy city, but Maruthi Nagar feels a bit more relaxed. We just do our bit here every day and keep the wheels turning. It’s a steady job in a nice enough neighborhood. We stay busy with the files and the phones until it's time to go home.
