Supervisor In Grace Travels

I am the supervisor over here at Grace Travels. We are located at H.No: 15-59, in New Mirjalguda, Malkajgiri, which is over in Secunderabad. It is a residential kind of area, so our office is basically in a house. It makes the whole thing feel a lot less like a cold office and more like a local spot. People come by to talk about their trips and we sit down and look at the schedules together. The phones ring quite a bit, mostly people asking about bus timings or train tickets. Managing travels means you have to deal with a lot of changes. Sometimes a bus is late or a flight gets moved, and then we have to fix it. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and maps. The 500017 area is where I grew up, so I know most of the people who walk past our gate. We don't have fancy signs or anything, just the address and our name. It is practical work. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking routes. When the monsoon comes, the street outside gets a bit flooded, but we still keep the office open. It is just about helping people get from Malkajgiri to wherever they need to go for their holidays or work.
