If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in the 6th Block of Janapriya Mahanagar. Specifically at house number 6111 near the Balapur X Road in Hyderabad. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s much quieter than the city center or the main markets. We operate out of N. Narasimha Rao’s place. It’s a humble setup, not one of those big glass towers you see in the tech parks across town. We handle insurance stuff for folks. People come in with their papers and their worries about medical bills or renewals. It’s a lot of explaining how the forms work and what needs to be signed. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office or checking with hospitals. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of folders. We try to keep things tidy, but with so many claims and policies, there’s always a pile of paper somewhere that needs sorting. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the neighbors and the local shops around the Balapur area. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the digital filing take longer than we’d like. We just keep at it though. It’s honest work helping people figure out their health coverage. We don’t have a big neon sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the complex. We just start our day and go through the files.
