Srinivasa Caterers

We are located in Uppal, right beside the Laxmi Garden Function Hall. Being near the Uppal X Roads means there is never a quiet moment. Srinivasa Caterers has been operating out of this spot for a while now. The address is 500039, and it’s a busy corner. Most of our work happens in the middle of the night or very early morning. That’s when we get the big gas cylinders delivered and start the prep work for weddings. There are usually huge piles of potatoes to peel and sacks of onions sitting in the corner. It’s hard work, and our clothes usually end up smelling like woodsmoke and spices by the end of the shift. The kitchen isn't anything special to look at, just a large space with high ceilings and heavy-duty burners. When there is a big event at the function hall next door, things get really frantic. We have to coordinate with the cleaners and the guys carrying the heavy trays. It’s a lot of sweating and shouting to get things done on time. We don't have a sales team or a fancy office. Most people just walk in through the back gate to talk to us about their events. It’s just about getting the food cooked and sent out before the guests arrive. That’s our daily life here. It’s messy and fast, but we manage to get it done.
