Sri Venkateshwara Multiplexes

Sri Venkateshwara Multiplexes has been part of Begumpet for a while now. We are located over on Mayuri Marg, specifically at 1-10-104/30/A. It’s a busy area and we see a lot of people coming through to catch a movie. Managing a theater is a lot more work than people think. There is always something to clean or a projector that needs a bit of looking at. We aren't trying to be the biggest cinema in Hyderabad, just a place where folks can come and enjoy a film without too much fuss. The snacks are what you’d expect, popcorn and sodas, and we try to keep things tidy even when the crowds get big on weekends. Our staff is mostly local guys who live nearby and know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the lines get a bit long when a big blockbuster comes out, but we do what we can to move things along. We’ve seen many changes in the film industry over the years, moving from reels to digital, but the basic idea is still the same. People want to sit in a dark room and forget about their day for a couple of hours. We keep the seats as comfortable as we can and make sure the sound is loud enough. It’s a straightforward business and we take pride in being a local spot in Hyderabad-16. It’s not always perfect, but we show up every day and get the movies playing on time.
