Our place Sri Sai Kamala Catering Services is over at 3-6-109/1 in Himayat Nagar. We are right beside Rajsheel Wines which makes it easy for people to find the shop when they are coming to talk about an order. We do all kinds of catering jobs for the people living in this part of Hyderabad. Whether it is a small housewarming or just a regular lunch order for a local office we take it on. The street outside is always full of cars and people moving about so it stays quite loud around the building. We start our work early in the morning to get the vegetables chopped and the rice soaking. It is a small team here and we just get on with the cooking without much fuss. We do not have glossy brochures to show people because we prefer to let the food speak for itself. Sometimes we get really swamped during the festival seasons when everyone wants something special made for their families. We try to keep our kitchen clean and the ingredients fresh from the local market. It is a lot of heavy lifting with the big containers but that is just the nature of the catering business. We have been at this location for a good bit now and know many of the locals by name who come to us for help with their parties.
