Sri Sai Catering

Our kitchen is located at Plot No 14 on Saheb Nagar Road in Vanasthalipuram. We are very close to the Gowthami Nagar bus stop, which makes it easy for our workers to get here. Sri Sai Catering is basically just a group of us who enjoy cooking for large groups. We started out small and just stayed in this neighborhood. Vanasthalipuram is a nice place with lots of families, so there is always some function or the other happening. Whether it is a birthday or a small wedding, we end up cooking for them. The kitchen we have is quite simple but it has all the big pots and pans we need. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, people just walk into our office or call us up because they saw us working at another event. During the wedding season, we barely get any sleep. We are constantly loading boxes into the vans and checking lists. It is tiring work, and your clothes always smell like smoke and spices at the end of the day. But it is what we do. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets chaotic when three different orders have to go out at the same time. We just deal with it one step at a time and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way to the venue. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we understand how each other works without talking much. We just get the job done.
