Sri Sai Caterers

We have been working out of our space in Habsiguda for a long time now. It is right opposite the CCMB building, which is a big landmark in this part of Hyderabad. Being in 500007, we are right in the middle of a lot of residential and office areas. Sri Sai Caterers isn't a restaurant where you can sit down. It is more of a big kitchen where we prepare everything for events. We handle all sorts of gatherings like small house parties or office lunches. The work starts very early in the morning when the vegetables arrive from the market. The kitchen is always loud with the sound of chopping and big burners going. We have a small team of cooks who have been doing this for years. They know exactly how much salt or spice to put in without even thinking about it. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they ate our food at a friend’s house or a function. The area around Habsiguda is always busy, so getting our delivery vans out of the gate can be a struggle sometimes. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the food is ready at the time we promised. It is a lot of pressure when there are several events on the same day, but we just keep at it. Sometimes it feels like we are living in the kitchen, but that is the nature of this business. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving along without any big issues. It gets very hot in there during the summer, but we are used to it by now.
