Sri Gayatri Caterers

Our catering setup is located at 12-2-396/A/26 Sai Krupa in the Mehdipatnam area of Hyderabad. We are quite close to the Hyderabad Vidyalaya. This isn't a restaurant where you can come and sit down to eat. It is a large kitchen where we prepare food for all kinds of functions and events. Our day usually starts very early, sometimes at three or four in the morning, especially if we have a breakfast order to deliver. We get big sacks of rice, flour, and crates of fresh vegetables delivered to the door. Most of our time is spent over big stoves and massive pots. It gets very hot in the kitchen, so we are always moving around to keep things going. We have a few vehicles that we use to transport the food to different parts of the city. Traffic in Mehdipatnam can be a real problem, so we have to plan our timings very carefully so the food doesn't get cold or arrive late. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our orders come from people who have eaten our food at someone else's party and then asked for our number. It is a very physical job with a lot of heavy lifting and long hours on our feet. We focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there is enough food for everyone. It is a busy life, but we have been doing it for years now and it has become our daily routine.
