KPHB Colony is such a huge area that sometimes I forget which phase I am in, but we are settled here in the 3rd phase at LIG 45/2. Kukatpally has changed so much since we first started. There are so many apartments now and everyone is always in a hurry. We spend most of our time organizing the catering supplies and taking notes on what people need for their small functions at home. It is not a big office, just a place where we keep our stuff and talk to neighbors who need help with food for a party. The roads here are always dug up or busy with bikes, so moving things around takes a bit of planning. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock of plates and serving spoons. It is a family thing, mostly. We do not have a big staff, just a few local guys who know the area well. Sometimes we are up late packing things for an early morning delivery. It gets tiring, but seeing a house full of people eating makes it feel okay. We do not do any big advertising; people just know we are here in the colony. Life in Hyderabad is fast, but we try to keep things simple and just focus on the orders we have for the week. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the transport is ready on time.
