You can find us over in Gachibowli, specifically behind the Radisson on the fifth floor of Nathani Towers. Being up on the fifth floor means we get a decent view of the city, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening in the kitchen and the packaging area. We handle a lot of different food products, so everything has to be kept clean and organized at all times. It can get pretty busy around lunch time even though we aren't a walk-in restaurant. There’s always someone checking the seals on the packets or making sure the fridge temperatures are right. Gachibowli is a very fast-paced area, but we try to keep a steady, calm pace here. We deal with ingredients and some ready-to-eat items mostly. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever to arrive, which is a bit of a pain when we have a lot of deliveries waiting. We aren't trying to be some high-end gourmet brand; we just make food that people actually want to eat at home. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting the food prepared, packed up, and sent out to the local shops. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we get the job done. We’ve been at this for a while.
