We've been at the same spot in Himayatnagar for quite some time now, right at Liberty 'X' Road. You can find us at Pavani Estate in Shop No. 3, just next to the Ttd Kalyan Mandapam. It’s a busy area, but people usually find their way to us without much trouble. We spend most of our days behind the counter, looking at gold and silver pieces or helping someone find a ring for a wedding. Most of our regulars live nearby or come over when they're visiting the mandapam. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy. We just keep the lights on and the glass cases clean. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during peak hours. My father started this, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. We don't really do big ads or anything. People just walk in, sit down on the stools, and we show them what's in the safe that day. Usually, it's families we've known for years. They come in for a small repair or to get something for a grandchild. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a chain needs a new clasp, we fix it. If someone wants a specific weight of gold, we weigh it right there. It’s a simple life here in the shop, surrounded by gold and the smell of tea from the stall next door.
