10 Janpath Restaurant

This place, 10 Janpath Restaurant, is tucked away in Siddiamber Bazar. If you know the 15-1-503 building, that’s where we are. It’s a very busy part of town, especially being so close to Osmania General Hospital. There is always someone walking by, either going to work or heading to the hospital, so we see a lot of different faces every single day. The bazar itself is loud and full of energy, which we kind of like. We aren't trying to be one of those quiet, secluded spots where you can hear a pin drop. It’s more of a place where you grab a seat, eat your fill, and maybe watch the traffic for a minute before heading back out into the sun. The building has been here for years and we just occupy our little corner of it. We keep the kitchen running pretty much non-stop. It’s not about having a huge menu that confuses people, we just make what we know people around here like. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked with carts or deliveries, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just the staff here making sure the tables are wiped and the food is hot. You won't find anything too shiny here, just a regular spot to eat. We hope people feel okay when they leave.
