3 Chillis Restaurant

At 3 Chillis Restaurant, we've settled in over at Pnr Apartment on the Upperpally Main Road. Being in Attapur means it's always noisy outside with the traffic moving toward Hyderabad. We tell everyone to look for Pillar No 183 because that’s the easiest way to find us. It’s right across from there. We started this place because we liked the idea of a spot where you can just sit down and eat without any fuss. The name 3 Chillis comes from how much we like a bit of heat in the food. It’s not a huge place, just a decent sized room where we serve what we’ve cooked for the day. My cousin helps out with the tables sometimes when it gets really packed in the evenings. The main road is always a bit of a mess with cars and bikes, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We get a lot of people living in the apartments nearby who don't feel like cooking at home. We just keep things moving, cleaning up, serving plates, and making sure the kitchen stays organized. It's hard work being on your feet all day, but seeing the same neighbors come back makes it okay. We aren't trying to be some five-star hotel. We’re just a local spot in Attapur trying to make sure nobody goes home hungry. We usually stay open until the last customer is done for the night.
