Aishwarya Residency

Aishwarya Residency is located right beside Kumar Theatre in Kachiguda. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how busy it gets around here with the movie crowds and the railway station nearby. We’ve been running this place for a while now, just trying to keep things simple for anyone who needs a room in 500027. It isn't a fancy high-rise or anything like that, just a straightforward building where people come to stay when they are traveling or have work in the city. The noise from the theater is something you get used to after a couple of days. We spend most of our time keeping the rooms tidy and making sure the water is running right. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big movie releases next door and the whole street gets packed with bikes and cars. It can get a bit loud, but that’s just life in Kachiguda. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy marketing office, it is just us here every day handling the check-ins and talking to guests. Most people find us because they are looking for something near the station or the theater. We don't try to be something we aren't. It’s just a place to sleep and keep your bags while you go about your business in the city. We see a lot of different people coming through these doors, and every day is a little bit different for all of us.
