A To Z Function Organisers

Our office is right there on Chiran Fort Lane, just across from the Huda office in Begumpet. It is a busy little area and we have been here at 1-8-313/1 for a good while. When people have a function coming up, they usually have a lot of stress. We see them coming in looking worried about chairs or the stage or the lights. We just sit down and talk about what needs doing. It’s not about being a big corporate company. It’s just us helping neighbors and people from the city get their events sorted out. The lane can get tight with cars sometimes, but it’s a good spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on things. We don't have a flashy showroom. There are some old files and a lot of notebooks where we keep everything written down. We’ve seen all kinds of functions over the years. Some are small and some take up a lot of space. We just try to get the stuff there on time and make sure it works. It is a lot of manual labor, moving things around and making sure the tents are straight. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough in this part of Hyderabad. The weather gets hot but we just keep the fans going and keep working through the list.
