Sri Balaji Vishnu Mithai Bandara

Our shop, Sri Balaji Vishnu Mithai Bandara, is located at Plt No 8 in Bachupally. We are right beside the Avb Atm, so it is usually easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. Bachupally is growing fast, but we try to keep things simple here. Making mithai takes a lot of time and patience. We are usually in the back working on something while the front stays busy with people coming in and out. Being next to the ATM means there is always someone walking by, which is nice. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It gets a bit hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. The shop is small and we like it that way because it's easier to keep track of everything. We don't use any fancy machines, just our hands and some old pots. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets backed up, but it stays relatively quiet right here at our spot. Most of us live close enough to walk to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, we just want to make sure the sweets are made right. Every morning we open up, sweep the front, and get to work. That’s the way it has been for us for a long time at Sri Balaji Vishnu Mithai Bandara. It is just a regular life for us here.
