Grand Vending Services

We are based out of unit 11 in the Krupa Deep Apartments. It’s right across from the Kushaiguda Phone Exchange in Kamala Nagar, over in the ECIL area. It’s a bit unusual having an office in an apartment building, but it works for us. It’s a bit more quiet than being right on the main road, though the phone exchange across the street always has people moving around. Grand Vending Services is basically just a few rooms filled with supplies and spare parts. When you walk in, you’ll probably see someone tinkering with a machine or counting out stock. We spend a lot of time out on the road, so the office is often half-empty during the middle of the day. The ECIL area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We know the security guards at the gates and the people who run the nearby cafes. It’s not a fancy corporate lifestyle. We carry heavy things, we drive around in the heat, and we fix things when they break. Our desks are covered in sticky notes and old invoices because we haven't quite mastered a digital system yet. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but we like the personal touch. If you call us, you’re going to talk to one of the three or four people who actually work here, not some machine. We’re just trying to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making things too complicated.
