Sri Annapurna Caterers

We started Sri Annapurna Caterers quite a while ago right here in Kutbiguda. Our kitchen is tucked away in the lane beside Vinayaka Temple at Vinmayaka Bhavan. It’s not a huge setup, just some of us who know how to cook for crowds. Mostly, we handle the local weddings and family functions around this part of town. People usually find us by word of mouth because we’ve been at this address, 3-3-339, for years now. Dealing with food for big groups is always a bit chaotic but we manage. We spend most of our mornings prepping vegetables and getting the spice mixes ready. It gets pretty loud and busy back there when we have a big order to get out by noon. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. It is just the kind of food we grew up eating ourselves. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in the narrow lane near the temple, which is a bit of a headache, but we make it work. Most days it’s just about getting the rice right and making sure there is enough for everyone who shows up. We don't have a big office or anything, just the cooking space. If you are walking by the temple, you can probably smell what we are making. We just try to get things done on time and hope the food tastes like it should. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy every single day.
