You can find us at Flat No. 303 in the Raghavendra Heavens building. We are located in Telephone Colony on Road No. 01, over in Kotha Pet, Hyderabad. Sree Kaleswari Travels Travels is what we go by. It’s a family-run kind of thing, started by Balasubrahmanyam. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a way to get from one city to another. We have a few desks and some maps on the walls that are probably a bit outdated by now. The neighborhood is pretty active, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. We handle a lot of bus bookings and local trips. Sometimes the buses are late because of the traffic on the highway, and we have to explain that to people. It’s not always easy, but we try to be fair. We don’t have a big shiny office with glass walls. It’s just a regular flat where we do our business. We’ve known some of our customers for ten years or more. They come back because they know they can just sit down and talk to us. We don’t use any fancy apps to do everything; we still like writing things down in our ledger. It’s just a local travel shop trying to help people get where they need to go. We keep the phone lines open and the logbook ready.
