Spice Traders

You can find us over at Plot No. 5-6-6 in Dwarka Nagar. We are situated right on Pochamma Temple Road. If you see the Samsung Plaza, you’re basically there since we’re just near it. Spice Traders is a small operation, really. We spend most of our time organizing stock and making sure things are labeled right. The temple road gets quite busy on festival days, which makes for a lively atmosphere. We like being in Dwarka Nagar because it feels like a real community. People are always walking by on their way to the temple or the plaza. Our space is functional, not for show. We have stacks of bags and the smell of spices is always in the air, even when we try to vent it out. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving things around. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. Sometimes we forget to fix a squeaky door, but the core work gets done. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot is still done with pen and paper. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here at Spice Traders on the temple road. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving.
