Operating out of Bhopal, specifically in Sainath Nagar, is quite different from being in a big metro like Delhi. We are in the 'C' sector of Kolar. It’s a busy area and the office at 145 A is where everything happens for us. We handle travel stuff, which sounds exciting, but mostly it is just looking at flight timings and trying to figure out why a visa is taking so long. We are part of the larger Kuoni Travel group, but here on the ground, it’s just a few of us. The weather in MP can be quite something, especially in the summer. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to go on vacation, and we try to get the details right. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and maps on the wall. We get a lot of locals walking in asking about tours. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket. We just deal with it. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s a steady routine of phone calls and emails. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. That’s the reality of working at the Sotc branch here in Bhopal. It's dusty outside but we keep the office tidy enough.
