We are located at H.No=P-468, Pragathi Nagar in Jagatgiri Gutta. It gets quite busy around here in Hyderabad, especially during the morning hours when everyone is heading to work. Our office handles various service passes and vouchers for a lot of companies around the city. It is just a regular office space with desks, some old computers, and stacks of papers that never seem to go away. We spend most of our day answering phones and helping people who walk in with questions about their meal cards or gift vouchers. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. The building isn't anything fancy, but it works for us. Pragathi Nagar has changed a lot lately with new shops opening up everywhere. We usually get our lunch from the small tiffin center down the road. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the accounts and making sure the cards are sent out to the right places on time. Some days are slower than others, but we stay until the work is finished. There’s a lot of noise from the street traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this spot for some time now and most of the locals know where we are. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to keep things organized in the middle of all the Hyderabad chaos. There is always someone coming in to ask for directions or pick up a replacement pass, so it never stays quiet for long.
