Sitel-India has its place at 11-3-757 in New Mallepally, Hyderabad. We’ve been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long stretch. New Mallepally is a real neighborhood, and being located here means we are right in the middle of things. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of people talking. We handle a lot of communication work here. It gets noisy sometimes, especially when everyone is on a call at once. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a service center where people come to work their shifts. We’ve got some folks who have been with us since we first opened this branch and others who are just starting out. The building has seen better days, maybe, but it serves us well enough. We aren't trying to be the most polished office in the city. We just want to make sure the jobs get done and our clients are taken care of. There’s a lot of coffee drank in this office to keep us going through the shifts. We take the work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. It’s just a local office in Mallepally where we put in our hours and try to do a decent job every day.
