Shehzade Cafe & Restaurant is located at 9-4-86/19/A in Salarjang Colony. This is right in the heart of Tolichowki in Hyderabad. If you’ve ever been to Tolichowki, you know how busy the streets can get, especially when it’s time for food. Our spot is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kitchen is ready and the staff knows what’s going on for the day. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of things. The building has been there for a while, and it has its own quirks. We don't have a polished corporate office. Instead, we have a workspace that smells like tea and spices. We started this because we wanted a place that felt like it belonged to the neighborhood. It gets very loud outside with all the cars and bikes, but inside we just focus on our tasks. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or we have to wait on a delivery that’s stuck in traffic. We just handle it as it comes. There’s no big secret to how we run things; we just show up every morning and get to work. The people in Salarjang Colony are a mix of everyone, which makes it an interesting place to be. We are just glad to have a steady spot here in this part of Hyderabad. It’s a lot of responsibility.
