Sheeba Corner

Sheeba Corner is a little shop at Plot No. 2-1-188 B in General Bazaar. We are quite close to the Gandhi Statues, which is a well-known spot for everyone around here. Our shop is filled with all kinds of small items, mostly things for women and kids. We have ribbons, clips, and some small gift items. The bazaar is always packed, especially on weekends when everyone comes out to shop. It gets very noisy and colorful. We have been in this spot for several years now. The shop is quite narrow, so we have to be very organized with how we display everything. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to pull the shutter halfway down to keep the water from splashing inside. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People stop by to see what new things we have brought in. We don't have any big advertisements or fancy lighting. It is just a simple corner shop where we try to be helpful. It’s a lot of work keeping the dust off the small items, but we do our best. The walk from the statues is short, so we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We enjoy the buzz of General Bazaar and being part of the local community here. It’s just our small way of making a living in a busy city like this.
