We are set up at Azampura Cross Road in Chaderghat. You can find us right opposite the Saida Masjid. It's a lively spot in Hyderabad, and there's always something happening outside our doors. We've been here for a good while, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our daily routine is pretty much the same. We start early with the prep work because that’s what takes the most time. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us making sure the food is ready for the customers. We don't have any fancy goals other than making sure the food tastes like it should. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we handle it as best as we can. Chaderghat is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of it. We don't do much advertising. Most people know we are here because they live nearby or they see us when they go to the masjid. We just want to provide a honest meal for a fair price. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we like it. No big fuss, just hard work. We stay open until late, making sure anyone coming home from work can get something to eat. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know and we just keep at it every day.
