Sri Ujwala Bricks

Sri Ujwala Bricks is situated over at Darga Hussain Village. We have a fairly large patch of land here, covering Survey Numbers 18 Aa, 19, and 26/A. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for all the raw materials and the finished products. The days start early for us, usually before the sun is even fully up, so we can get a head start before it gets too warm. We mostly deal with the red clay bricks that everyone uses for building houses around these parts. The yard is always full of stacks, some drying and some ready to go out. We don’t do much advertising or anything because we’re busy enough just keeping up with the daily tasks. Our workers live nearby and they know the routine well. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting and moving things by hand or with the small trolleys we have. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the morning fixing a belt or a motor, which is just part of the business. We keep our paperwork in a little shed by the entrance. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in dust or talking to one of the drivers. We just try to keep things moving steadily throughout the week.
