Sai Manikanta Flyash Bricks

At Sai Manikanta Flyash Bricks, we work out of Sy No 253 in Kandlakoya, which is near Medechal. The yard is usually filled with rows of bricks sitting out in the sun. We use fly ash for our bricks and the process is pretty repetitive. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. Medechal is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the trucks to get to the site. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. Some of us mix the material while others manage the machines that press the bricks out. It is a lot of lifting and moving things around. By the end of the day, we are usually covered in grey dust. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s a production site, not a showroom. We just make sure the bricks are solid and ready to go. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to cover everything up quickly. We've been at this location for a few years and have gotten into a good rhythm. It isn't fancy work, but it’s what we do. People around Kandlakoya know we are here if they are building something new. We just stay focused on the piles of bricks and getting them onto the trucks. It keeps the guys busy and the yard moving all day long.
