Quick Bites

We are over in Khajaguda at H No 1 64/2/15. Quick Bites is basically what the name says. We make food for people who are on the move and don't have much time. It started out small and stayed that way, which is fine with us. The kitchen gets really busy around lunch and dinner time. You can smell whatever we are cooking from down the street most days. It’s a small place, so there isn't much room for sitting around or lounging. Most people just grab their stuff and head out to work or home. We’ve been here for a bit now and know most of the regulars by their orders. Khajaguda has changed a lot with all the new buildings, but we are still in the same spot. It’s just a few of us behind the counter. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to do. We just focus on the food we make every day. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a particularly busy day. That’s just how it goes in this business. The floors need a lot of scrubbing after a long shift. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes all the time. We don't try to be something we aren't. Just a local spot where you can get something to eat without a lot of fuss. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We just keep the stove going and the doors open.
