Security In Hicc

Our spot is over in Girinagar, right at Hno-18-109. If you know the area, we are basically opposite the IDPL Colony in Balanagar. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, especially near the main road where the traffic never seems to stop. This place is where we handle the security details for HICC. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls, just a regular building where we keep our logs and schedules. Some of the guys have been working these shifts for years. We spend a lot of time talking about who is going where and making sure the uniforms are ready. The weather in Balanagar gets really hot in the summer, so the fan in the office is always running. We have a lot of notebooks filled with names and times. People come in and out all day asking for directions or checking on their shift times. It is a lot of coordination. Being across from the colony means we see a lot of the same faces every morning. We do not do anything fancy here, just making sure the security side of things is covered. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon. It is a simple operation. We just focus on the job at hand and keep things moving. There is always someone here at the desk, even when it is quiet late at night.
