We’ve been running things here in Andhra Pradesh for a while now. Sb Travels Ltd isn't some giant corporation with fancy glass buildings; we just have our office where we handle all the bookings and phone calls. It gets pretty loud sometimes because everyone is trying to organize trips at once. Some days the phones don't stop ringing from early morning until late at night. We mostly help people get from one town to another, whether it’s for a wedding or just a family visit. The roads can be a bit rough in some parts of the state, so we spend a lot of time talking to the drivers and making sure the vehicles are actually ready to go. It’s a lot of coordination. You wouldn't believe how much paperwork goes into just one trip. We have our files stacked up and we try to keep it organized, but sometimes it's a bit of a mess. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the local routes pretty well, which helps when people ask for advice on when to leave to avoid the heat. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just show up, take the calls, and try to make sure nobody gets left waiting on a street corner. It’s hard work, and the coffee in the office isn't great, but we get the job done for the folks around here. We just try to keep the cars moving and the customers happy without making things too complicated.
