Savara Group Of Hotels

We work out of the main office for the Savara Group of Hotels here in Hyderabad. Adithya B. Varma is our General Manager and he’s usually around his desk dealing with the big stuff while the rest of us handle the daily calls and emails. It’s a pretty busy environment because there’s always something happening with one of the hotel properties we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to staff and vendors, and the main table is usually covered in folders and various schedules. The office isn't very large, so you can pretty much hear everyone’s conversations, which can get a bit loud when things are frantic. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just some maps of the city and lists of tasks. Hyderabad traffic is often a mess, so most of us try to get to the office early. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we take a short break to catch our breath. It’s all about coordination and making sure everything is where it needs to be for the guests. We’ve got a small meeting area that’s just a plain table and some chairs. Sometimes the internet slows down, and we have to wait for things to load, but we just keep at it. It’s just the reality of managing hotels from a central desk. We aren't here to be fancy; we’re just here to get the work done.
