We operate out of 2-1-240 Rajashri Garden Function Hall. It’s right on Vegetable Market Road in Nallakunta. The 500044 area is usually quite lively, especially with the market right there. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area of the hall. Catering is a lot of prep work, chopping vegetables and getting the big pots ready. We don't really have a fancy office. Most of our time is spent handling the food and making sure there’s enough for everyone. Being near the vegetable market is handy for us. We get what we need and bring it straight back to the stoves. The hall is a good size for the events we work at. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We’ve been in Nallakunta for a long time. People know us from seeing our vans or just hearing about us at the local market. It’s not a glamorous job, it’s a lot of heavy lifting and heat from the stoves. But we like staying busy. We just focus on getting the food out on time. If you’re around the vegetable market road, you’ve probably seen us working. We have a few big gas burners and plenty of stainless steel containers. It gets loud and hot when we are in the middle of a big order. That's just how we work. We make sure the dishes are washed and everything is put away before we go home.
