Sanghi Group-Hyderabad

Working here at Sanghi Group in Hyderabad is a steady thing. Our office is located in the 500 256 zip code area. It’s a pretty big operation, but on the ground, it’s just us employees doing our daily tasks. We have a lot of paperwork to get through and phones that ring quite often. The office isn't anything spectacular, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We've been around for a while in this part of India. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes into work every morning. The traffic in Hyderabad can be a real headache, so getting here is half the battle. Once we're in, it’s all about coordination. We talk to different departments, try to keep everything organized, and make sure the schedules are followed. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes the internet goes down or we run out of coffee, and everyone gets a bit grumpy. But we get through it. We aren't trying to be the flashiest company in the city. We just do our business and go home. There’s a lot of history here, but we don't talk about it much. We're more focused on what’s on our desks today. It’s a decent place to work with people who have been here for years. We just keep the wheels turning day after day. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. It's the one time of day when things actually quiet down for a bit before the afternoon meetings start. We like it that way.
