We do travel bookings, mostly for people in the neighborhood who need to get somewhere for work or family. It’s a busy little office with maps on the wall and a couple of old computers that we probably should have replaced years ago. G.M. Nagar is a lively place, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about ticket prices or train schedules. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just try to find the cheapest way for people to get where they need to go. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find a good deal, but we keep looking until we do. The staff here at Sangam Travels is like a small family. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the locals while we work. It’s not a fancy agency with brochures everywhere, just a simple desk and a phone. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Kanchan Bagh over the years, but we’re still here at the same house number. We just take things as they come and try to help out anyone who walks through the door looking for a trip. It’s a basic operation but it works for us and the community.
