Sales Team Leader

Out here in Chengannur, things move at a different pace. Our setup is right at Suman Villa in Kodukulanji. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main rush of the big towns. Being a Sales Team Leader in this part of Kerala means a lot of travel and talking to folks in their own homes or small shops. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls. It's more of a home-based operation where we keep all our files and plan our routes for the week. You can find us near the Pallonni Parambil area if you're looking. The villa has been around for a while and serves us well for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the road meeting people face to face. It gets hot during the day, so we start early. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here. Just us working through the lists and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes the travel hard, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now. People know the house. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick around here. It’s honest work. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping the team moving forward. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy enough. No big secrets to it, just showing up and doing the work.
