Sairamcaterers

We have been cooking out of our kitchen in Block-B of Srikrishna Nagar for a long time now. You can find us at 8-3-231/A/C/12, right in the heart of Yousufguda. Sairamcaterers started out small, just helping with local functions and family gatherings. Now, we handle bigger events too, but we still do things the old way. The kitchen is always a bit loud with the sound of knives and stoves going. We use a lot of local spices and fresh stuff we get from the market every morning. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day and making sure the salt is just right in every pot. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big sales office. Most of the time, our clothes have a bit of flour or turmeric on them because we are actually back there doing the cooking. People in the colony know they can come to us when they have a wedding or a small puja at home. We try to keep the prices fair because we know how expensive things are getting these days. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market is short, but we always figure something out. It is a family-type atmosphere here. If you smell something good coming from Srikrishna Nagar, it is probably us working on a lunch order for someone nearby.
