Digital Concept Foods

Digital Concept Foods is tucked away at Plot No. 108 in Singareni Colony and it is a bit different from your usual industrial setup. Since we are in the colony area we are surrounded by more houses and local life than a typical factory would be. Our space is dedicated to working with food concepts and it usually smells like whatever we are testing or preparing that morning. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of workers but we stay plenty busy with our own projects. The kitchen and prep areas take up most of the room and we try to keep things as organized as possible despite the constant activity. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of ingredients arriving at the same time. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We are just a group of people who are interested in food and how to make it better or different. The neighbors in Singareni Colony know us and we are just part of the local landscape now. It can be a bit noisy when the equipment is running but we try to be mindful of the people living nearby. We do not worry about being the biggest name out there we just focus on the food we are making every day in our small corner.
