Sai Priya Caterers

We run Sai Priya Caterers from our base at 1-9-641 in Vidya Nagar, 500044. Unlike a regular restaurant, we don't have a place where people come to sit and eat. Most of our work happens in the kitchen where we prepare food for various functions around the area. We have been doing this for a good number of years now. We handle things like small weddings, housewarming parties, and birthday celebrations. The kitchen gets very hot and crowded when we have a big order to finish. We use large stainless steel vessels and cook over big burners. It is hard work and requires a lot of heavy lifting and early mornings. We have to go to the market ourselves to pick out the best vegetables and spices for each job. We don't have any glossy brochures or a marketing manager. Most of our customers find us because they ate our food at someone else's party and asked for our contact details. That is the best way for us to get work. We try to be helpful when people are planning their menus, even if they aren't sure what they want. It is a family-style business and we all pitch in to get the deliveries done on time. It is a busy life but it keeps us going here in the Vidya Nagar neighborhood, making sure the food is ready whenever a client needs it for their event.
