We run Safir Tours out of an apartment in Secunderabad. It’s Flat G6 in the Sai Ganesha Apartments. We are over in West Venkatapuram, right across from Kiran Theater. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the theater is. We handle travel and tours, mostly helping people plan their trips and book their tickets. It’s a small office, nothing like the big travel agencies you see in malls. We have a few computers and a lot of brochures piled up on the shelves. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in to talk about a vacation. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking flight prices. It can be stressful when plans change last minute, but we just deal with it. We don't use any fancy booking software, just the regular stuff that works. The building is a typical residential apartment block, so it feels very informal here. We like it that way because it makes people feel more comfortable. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that gets people where they need to go without too much trouble. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door. It’s just a normal job for us.
