Our office is on the second floor at 3-2-31 in Avulamanda. We have been working out of Secunderabad for a long time now. Catering is a tough job because you have to be awake very early to start the prep work. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or on the phone talking to people about their weddings or house functions. We don't have a big storefront since we mostly go to where the events are. Being on the second floor means it's a bit of a climb, but that’s where we manage everything. We have a team of cooks who have been with us for years. They know how to handle big pots and large quantities of rice without making a mess. We mostly do local food that people in Secunderabad grew up eating. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about making sure there is enough for everyone to eat. Sometimes we have three events in one day and that’s when things get really crazy. We have our own vans for transporting the food and the serving staff. We try to be organized, but in this business, something usually goes a bit sideways, like a traffic jam or a late delivery. We just deal with it and keep moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet all day long.
