Rizayaat Restaurants Private Limited

We operate out of Brndavan Colony in Tolichowki. Our place is H.No.8-1-523/16. It’s more of an office for our restaurant business than a place where you sit down to eat. Tolichowki is a great area because there is so much food everywhere you look, so we feel right at home here. Being a private limited company means we have to keep a lot of records, so there are folders and papers all over the main room. We aren't really corporate types. Most of us have worked in kitchens or served tables before we started this. We spend a lot of time talking about menus and checking on how things are going at the different locations we manage. The house we are in is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main road noise. Sometimes we sit out on the steps during our break just to see who is walking by in the neighborhood. We don't have a big team of experts. It's just a few of us who know the business well enough to keep things running. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We don't pretend to be some huge chain with fancy offices. We are just local people trying to run some decent restaurants from a small base in the colony. It is a lot of coordination but we enjoy it.
