Retail Sales

You can find our office at Karolbagh in the Mehdipatnam area. The exact house number is 12-2-709/A/26. We are tucked away inside the Padmanabha Nagar Colony near Berbun. Even though it is mostly a residential neighborhood, we manage all our Retail Sales operations from this house. It gets pretty busy around here because Mehdipatnam is such a major hub in Hyderabad. We spend the whole day tracking different orders and talking to customers about what they are looking for. Our office space isn't anything fancy to look at. It is basically just a couple of rooms filled with tables, computers, and a lot of cardboard boxes. Sometimes it is actually quite hard for people to find the house because the street numbering in this colony can be a little bit confusing for newcomers. We usually just tell people to look for the nearby landmarks. We don't have a big marketing department or a sales team in suits. It is just us doing the retail work day in and day out. We still write a lot of things down in physical notebooks to make sure we don't forget anything. The afternoon sun hits our front porch really hard, so we usually keep the curtains drawn. Most of the people living in the colony know who we are by now. We are just a local operation trying to keep our customers happy one order at a time. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the stock.
