Reliance Communications

We are located at 302, Manikanta Enclave in Hyderabad. It’s an office building. We deal with phones and connections mostly. People come in with problems with their bills or their signals. We sit at the desks and try to figure it out. It’s not always easy. The computers are a bit slow sometimes. We have some posters on the walls, but they are getting old. The area is 500082, which is a busy part of town. There is always traffic outside. We hear the horns all day long. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters or anything like that. Just a small branch. A few of us work here. We know the regulars who come in every month to pay. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake. It’s a regular nine-to-five kind of deal. Sometimes we stay late if there is a big issue with the network. We don't have a fancy lobby. Just some chairs for people to wait in. We try to be honest with people when things aren't working right. That’s the best we can do. We’ve been in Manikanta Enclave for quite some time now. Most people around here know where we are. It’s just a simple office. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep things running as best as we can every single day for the folks who use the service.
