Reliance A-1 Plaza(Franchisee Pratibha Caterrers)

Our setup is right inside Iqbal Residency, specifically at flat 102. It is just across from Telephone Colony in Vanastalipuram, which is a pretty easy landmark to find if you're in Hyderabad. We operate as Reliance A-1 Plaza under the Pratibha Caterrers name. Mostly, we are busy with food prep and getting things ready for whatever event is on the schedule for the day. It gets quite hectic in the kitchen, especially on weekends when everyone seems to have something going on. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a practical space where we can cook and coordinate our deliveries. The team here just gets on with it. Some of us have been cooking for a long time. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing, we just make sure the containers are packed and the food goes out on time. Sometimes the parking near the residency is a bit tight, but we manage to make it work. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you walk past the building, you can usually smell whatever we are making that morning. It’s a straightforward operation. We keep our supplies stocked and try to stay organized so nothing gets missed. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it all.
