Recruting As Cabin Crew

I'm Swapna K, living at H.No P2 in Yallamagutta. This place is near the Policeline in Nizambad. It’s my father Bansilal's house. I spend my time here helping folks who want to join the airlines as cabin crew. It’s not a big office with glass doors or anything. Just a regular home. People come by and we talk about what they need to do for the interviews. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy because the police line is right there. I’ve been doing this for a while now. Nizambad isn't a huge city, but plenty of young people want to fly. I just guide them from my desk. It gets busy during certain months when the big companies are hiring. I don't have a big staff, just me mostly. I check the resumes and explain how to stand and talk. It feels good when someone from our area actually gets the job. My address is easy to find if you know the Yallamagutta area. Life here is simple. I drink a lot of tea while working through the papers. It’s just how it is. No fancy brochures or big signs outside. Just a person helping others get into the cabin crew world from a small house. I keep it real and honest with everyone who walks through the door looking for advice on their future career in the sky. It is just a practical way to help out local kids.
